SCHOOL NEWS

Semester Exam Schedules

Click here for the senior exam detailed schedule with course and room locations. The regular exam schedule will be available at the same link next week.

The daily exam schedules for senior and regular exams are below. Parents and students should not arrange early vacations, trips, work, medical appointments or make other requests that would necessitate missing these days. These absences may be considered unexcused and the student may forfeit the opportunity to take his final exam and lose academic credit as a result. Exceptions to this policy are generally reserved for documented serious medical or family reasons and must be approved by the Academic Principal.

The Last Dance Prom/Post Prom

Incredible weather made for an amazing prom/post-prom event at Prep. Thanks to the Director of Student Activities Sara Smith who was determined to have an event for the students and to Beth Kramer and the Prep Family Association who made it so memorable. The students were thrilled and grateful for the opportunity to celebrate the end of the year together in that way.

VIRTUAL BASH 2021 - THANK YOU!

Thank you for your incredible hard work and generosity that made VIRTUAL BASH 2021 a success for our students.

Over the past few months, your efforts to raise the paddle to donate (still available!), to purchase raffle tickets, to bid on auction items and to help everything run smoothly have been outstanding.

We still have tickets available for Finest Hour at the Lake. You won’t want to miss this casual, fun and private outdoor concert on Saturday, June 19, 2021 by Finest Hour on the beach at the West Shores lake home (near 252nd and Dodge Street) of former Prep parents Julie and Mark Dunbar ‘77. Finest Hour is the premier cover/dance/party band in Omaha.

LAST CALL FOR AUCTION PURCHASES PICKUP

If you purchased a gift certificate in the auction, it was mailed to you last week.

If you purchased a physical item(s) in the auction, you can pick up from the Advancement offices (old high school office) during the hours listed below. Please park in the east lot and use the EAST ENTRANCE doors in the middle of the building on the east side (near the concrete staircase and ramp). The Advancement offices are located just inside the entrance and there will be signs directing you to Terri Haller's office.

  • Friday, May 7, 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.
  • Monday, May 10, 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.
  • Tuesday, May 11, 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.
