Creighton Prep began its 142nd academic year by welcoming 275 freshmen in the Class of 2023. The students started at Prep on Friday, August 9 with an orientation session they attended with their senior Big Brothers.

Freshmen and their families then enjoyed the New Family Mass & Orientation event on Sunday, August 11. It began with Mass at 5 p.m. in the Heider Center. That was followed by dinner in the Sullivan Center, an orientation for parents, and recreational activities for the students.

Registration and the first day of classes for freshmen took place on Monday, August 12. They and their senior Big Brothers went to the Mullen Gym for yearbook pictures then to the Heider Center to receive their class schedules. After that, freshmen went through an abbreviated school day that ended at 2:45 p.m.

Welcome, guys!
